How much is the DVD?
DVDs are $10 each if you plan on picking them up at Center Grove High School. If you wish to have them shipped to a local residence, shipping is an extra $2.00. All DVDs come with a 30-day limited warranty.

I want a copy of the DVD - but I do not live in the Center Grove School District
We have had requests for out-of-state shipping. Please call us at (317) 437-0054 or email contact@higgensmedia.com for additional shipping costs. We will not ship outside of the United States, as well as Alaska and Hawaii.

The archived version of the webcast is not complete. Where can I find a complete version?
Higgens Media fed content to the online webcast, but is not responsible for the quality or service, as it was provided by company hired out by Center Grove High School. The only complete version you can find would be to order the DVD. The online archive version was only available until the Monday after the graduation ceremonies.

Where does the money go?
The money for your DVD covers cost of duplication, packaging, and if chosen, shipping. All proceeds go to help fund the television and video classes at Center Grove High School.

How will I be contacted when my DVD is ready?
If you have opted for school pick-up, you will receive an e-mail notifying you your DVD is ready for pickup at the school's office. If your DVD is not picked up within a certain amount of time, we will then call you.

Why are checks made out to 'Jeff Higgens' instead of 'Center Grove High School'?
Jeff Higgens is heading up the production of this particular production, and is responsible for covering productions costs, as well as taking care of shipping, additional costs, etc. and this will expedite the process without having to go through the school's account. A check of all the profits will be made in one single check to Center Grove High School.

Is this recording authorized by the school?
This recording is fully authorized by Center Grove and, in fact, is used as a fundraiser for the high school's television classes. Higgens Media has worked closely with Center Grove High School in order to archive this event.

What is the difference between the DVD and webstream?
Besides the obvious quality difference, Higgens Media will polish up camera angles in post-production. Any odd transistions and other glitches on the webcast will be fixed in post-production.

What does the 30-day limited warranty cover?
If your DVD does not play when you receive it, Higgens Media will replace it within 30 days of purchase, no additional charge. Higgens Media is not responsible for lost or damaged DVDs due to the carrier; if such an occurance should occur, we will provide a DVD for pick-up at the high school on a case-by-case basis.
