CONTACT HIGGENS MEDIA
LET’S TALK ABOUT WHAT YOU’RE WORKING ON.
A website that needs attention, a video you have been thinking about, or a project that is ready to move forward: we would love to hear what you have in mind. Higgens Media works with businesses, nonprofits, and churches on web design, marketing, media, and ongoing digital support.
Tell us a little about your organization, what you want to accomplish, and anything useful we should know before the conversation. We will review your note and discuss an appropriate next step.
TELL US WHAT KIND OF PROJECT YOU HAVE IN MIND.
You do not need to prepare a detailed project brief. Your current website, what is not working, the kind of help you need, and any important timing considerations are enough to begin. If you are not sure which service applies, that is fine too.
For ongoing support, it helps to know who currently manages the website and other digital tools. For a new project, we can talk through scope, deliverables, approvals, and budget once we understand your goals.
LET’S START A CONVERSATION
TELL US A LITTLE ABOUT YOUR PROJECT.
Use the form to share your name, email, organization, and what you would like help with. A current website URL and any timing details are helpful, but not required. Please do not include passwords, account credentials, or sensitive personal information in the message.
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER CONTACTING US.
We will read your message, make sure we understand the request, and follow up about whether the project appears to be a good fit. For larger work, we may suggest a conversation to clarify scope before preparing a proposal.
A FEW THINGS WORTH KNOWING.
Can I ask about a project that is not listed on your website?
Yes. Describe what you are trying to accomplish and we can discuss whether Higgens Media can help or whether another specialist would be better suited.
Do you work with organizations outside Indianapolis?
Yes. Higgens Media is based in Central Indiana and works with clients in other locations as well. Some projects can be handled remotely, while production and on-site work require additional planning.
Can I ask about both a one-time project and ongoing support?
Absolutely. We can discuss the immediate need and whether an ongoing arrangement would be useful afterward.
Should I include my project budget?
You can share an approximate range if you have one. It helps us discuss realistic options, but you can still contact us if the budget has not been established yet.
GOOD WORK DESERVES A GOOD START.
We value clear communication, practical recommendations, and taking the time to understand the people behind a project. Whether you are ready to begin or exploring the options, a conversation is a sensible place to start.
