ReJoyce Financial is a retirement financial planning firm in Carmel, Indiana. They contacted Higgens Media to update their site to improve the user experience, increase engagement, and match their television and other marketing materials.
Digital Consultation
Before we modified anything on the site, we asked ReJoyce Financial their goals for the site and then implemented custom solutions based on the answers. Their main goal was to make it easier for individuals to register for their retirement seminars.
Increase Pagespeed
During our digital assessment, we uncovered the loading time for the site slow, causing a high bounce rate. This was preventing people from making it to the page to register for the seminar. We transferred the site to a faster server and rebuilt the site from the ground up, keeping speed a priority.
Custom Video
ReJoyce Financial holds retirement seminars in Central Indiana. Higgens Media filmed various Central Indiana locations, as well as a retirement seminar Alex Joyce hosted, and placed it on the new site.

Higgens Media took custom photos of ReJoyce Financial’s office, seminars, and Central Indiana imagery. No stock imagery was used on the site.
Digital Coordination
ReJoyce Financial works with many Indiana TV and radio stations. Higgens Media helps coordinate directly to post news articles and TV clips on the client’s website, and work with any branding resources needed so the team at ReJoyce Financial can use their time to serve their clients.
